Her Experience

Shahin joined the ONE Program while dealing with multiple health challenges including Graves’ disease and benign intracranial hypertension. She was experiencing persistent brain fog, inflammation, dizziness, headaches, low energy levels, and significant mood swings. Even simple daily activities had become difficult, and she often felt unable to complete basic tasks due to constant dizziness and fatigue.

The approach during the program focused on supporting thyroid health, reducing inflammation, and creating a nutrition plan that felt comfortable and sustainable for her lifestyle. Through structured meals, supportive lifestyle changes, and consistent guidance, Shahin began to understand how different foods affected her body and how to nourish it better.

Over time, the improvements became noticeable. Her brain fog cleared, dizziness reduced significantly, and her energy levels improved. Her thyroid reports showed improvement, and symptoms related to benign intracranial hypertension became much more manageable. She also experienced a weight loss of around 10 kilograms. Most importantly, her mood stabilised, her vision improved, and she began feeling happier and more confident in her day to day life.

Nutritionist Lakshmi

“With Shahin, the focus was on reducing inflammatory load while supporting thyroid function and overall neurological stability. As her nutrition and lifestyle became more supportive of her body’s needs, we began to see improvements in energy, clarity, and symptom management.”
