Her Experience
The client joined the ONE Program after experiencing two miscarriages within six months while trying to conceive her second child. Alongside the emotional stress of recurrent pregnancy loss, she was dealing with insulin resistance, Grade 1 fatty liver, gut issues, anxiety, benign endometrial hyperplasia, and irregular menstrual cycles. She wanted to improve her overall health and prepare her body for a healthy pregnancy.
The approach focused on improving metabolic health, supporting gut function, reducing inflammation, and creating a strong foundation for hormonal and reproductive health. Through structured nutrition and sustainable lifestyle changes, her body gradually began responding in multiple areas.
Over six months, she lost 7 kg along with noticeable inch loss. Her gut health improved significantly, sleep quality became better, and fatigue during her periods reduced. Dark patches on the nape of her neck lightened, reflecting improvements in insulin resistance. Her menstrual cycles became more regular, shortening from 32 to 36 days to a consistent 30-day cycle.
Her follow-up reports showed encouraging progress. Endometrial thickness reduced from 17.1 mm to 12 mm, with no current concern for endometrial hyperplasia. The presence of a dominant follicle suggested healthy ovulation potential, and recent scans appeared more consistent with a healthy ovulatory cycle. Her fatty liver was reversed, and most importantly, she conceived naturally during the program.
“This case highlights how closely metabolic health, gut health, hormone balance, and fertility are connected. By focusing on improving insulin resistance, reducing inflammation, and supporting overall wellbeing, we were able to create an environment where her body could heal. The improvements we saw in her cycles, scans, liver health, and eventual natural conception were a reflection of that strong foundation.”
