Anusha’s Experience
Anusha joined the ONE Program while dealing with several PCOS related concerns along with significant digestive and lifestyle challenges. Her periods were irregular and often painful, and she was experiencing severe constipation and gut discomfort. Sugar cravings, poor sleep, and low energy levels were constant struggles.
She was also dealing with multiple skin concerns including rashes, dermatitis, and folliculitis across the body. Her weight was around 75 kilograms and she had noticeable facial puffiness often associated with hormonal imbalance in PCOS. Alongside the physical symptoms, she was going through a difficult phase in her career and mental health, which affected her confidence and motivation.
During the program, the focus was on improving gut health, stabilising blood sugar, supporting hormonal balance, and building sustainable food and lifestyle habits.
Within three months, clear improvements were seen. Her weight reduced from 75 kilograms to 67 kilograms with visible changes in body composition. Her menstrual cycles became more regular and period pain reduced significantly. Constipation improved and digestion became much more stable. Sugar cravings came under control, sleep quality improved, and skin issues including rashes and folliculitis reduced drastically. Facial puffiness also reduced, giving her face a more defined appearance.
As her health improved, her energy levels increased and she began working out consistently. Her confidence and motivation returned, and she was able to secure a job and get her career back on track.
“With PCOS, when we focus on gut health, blood sugar balance, and sustainable lifestyle habits, improvements often extend beyond physical symptoms. In her case, the changes reflected not only in her cycles and digestion but also in her energy, confidence, and overall direction in life.”
