Gayatri’s Experience

Gayatri came into the program at a point where Hashimoto’s had taken a visible toll on both her body and mind. Despite exercising daily, eating “healthy,” and even undergoing ayurvedic treatments for over a year, her weight continued to increase and bloating was triggered by almost everything, even simple breathing.

At her heaviest, she felt defeated and resigned to the belief that her body would never respond. She lost close to 7 kg, reduced inches significantly, fit back into her old clothes, and regained visible muscle tone, all without extreme restriction.
