Ria’s Experience

While studying abroad (USA), she was juggling college, exams, and living independently which meant cooking her own meals with very limited time in the kitchen. During exam periods, her stress levels would spike, and that’s when her eczema flared up the most – a clear sign of how closely her skin, gut, and nervous system were connected.

We worked on a plan that focused on easing her eczema, painful periods, irregular bowel movements, and gut-related discomfort. She also had mild estrogen dominance linked to poor gut health, which was contributing to stomach pain and recurring skin flare-ups.

By gradually removing inflammatory foods and introducing an anti-inflammatory, gut-healing approach, she experienced noticeable relief. With her gut health improving, her skin and overall wellbeing started to stabilize, and she felt more in control of her body.
