Her Experience

The client came to the ONE Program struggling with eczema and atopic dermatitis that left her with persistent itching, redness, and skin scarring from frequent scratching. Her symptoms were also affecting her sleep, especially at night when the itching became difficult to manage. Alongside her skin concerns, she was dealing with constipation, heaviness after meals, low energy, hypothyroidism, and Hashimoto’s.

The approach focused on understanding her potential eczema triggers while supporting gut health, digestion, energy, and overall wellbeing. Rather than looking at her skin concerns in isolation, the focus was on creating sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes that supported her body from within.

Over time, her constipation improved by around 70%, while the itching reduced significantly and her skin became calmer. Red patches and discolouration reduced, and she felt that her skin barrier had become stronger. She also began sleeping better without being woken by itching at night, and her energy levels improved.

She noticed a significant reduction in heaviness after meals and developed a better understanding of the potential triggers that affected her eczema. One of the most noticeable changes was around her lips, where the spots reduced and lightened substantially.

“With her, we focused on understanding what could be contributing to her skin flare ups while also improving gut health and overall nutrition. As her digestion, sleep, and energy improved, her skin gradually became calmer too. The biggest win was helping her understand her own triggers and feel more confident in managing her skin long term.”
