Trishna’s Experience

Before joining the ONE Program, Trishna was struggling with severe period pain that was disrupting her daily routine. Her scans confirmed endometriosis, including a 30 mm endometriotic cyst in the left ovary along with adhesions around the ovary. There was also an endometriotic deposit identified in front of the uterus.

Beyond the scan findings, her body showed clear signs of systemic inflammation. Period pain was intense, her gut was highly sensitive, and hormonal patterns suggested estrogen dominance.

The approach focused on calming the body as a whole rather than addressing only pelvic symptoms. Nutrition and lifestyle changes were structured to reduce inflammatory triggers, support estrogen balance, improve gut health, and regulate stress and cortisol levels. A targeted supplement strategy was also introduced to address inflammation and nutrient deficiencies while supporting hormonal balance.

Within weeks of consistency, Trishna began noticing meaningful improvements. Her period pain reduced significantly, pelvic heaviness settled, skin rashes disappeared, and her digestion became more stable. Over time she also developed a deeper understanding of how her body responds to food, stress, and lifestyle patterns, helping her sustain these improvements long term.

“With endometriosis, healing rarely comes from focusing on the reproductive organs alone. When we calm systemic inflammation, support gut health, and bring hormonal balance back into rhythm, the body often begins to respond in multiple ways at once.”
