Sumiti’s Experience
Sumiti joined the ONE Program while dealing with endometriosis and persistent hormonal and metabolic concerns. She had been on oral contraceptive pills for nearly two years to manage symptoms but continued to experience period pain, PMS, digestive issues, and fluctuating energy levels. Alongside these symptoms, several of her blood markers including fasting and post prandial insulin, homocysteine, HsCRP, triglycerides, and Anti TPO were elevated, indicating underlying inflammation and metabolic imbalance.
The focus during the program was on addressing these concerns through a structured nutrition and lifestyle approach aimed at reducing inflammation, supporting gut health, and improving metabolic and hormonal balance.
Over the six month period, Sumiti experienced steady improvements. She lost around 8 kilograms along with noticeable inch loss, her gut issues resolved, and her energy levels improved. Period pain intensity reduced significantly and she was able to discontinue OCPs under guidance. Her blood parameters also showed improvement, and she noticed better mental clarity, mood stability, and overall wellbeing.
“With Sumiti, the focus was on addressing inflammation, metabolic health, and gut balance together. When these foundations are supported consistently, we often see improvements not only in symptoms like period pain and digestion, but also in energy, mood, and metabolic markers.”
