Her Experience
The client joined the ONE Program while struggling with multiple interconnected hormonal and digestive concerns. She had Hashimoto’s thyroiditis with significantly elevated thyroid antibodies, PCOS, irregular menstrual cycles, absence of ovulation, persistent gut issues including bloating, constipation, and gas, along with a history of elevated prolactin levels.
The focus was on improving gut health, supporting thyroid function, balancing hormones, and creating an environment where the body could restore normal reproductive function. Through a structured nutrition and lifestyle approach, she worked consistently on addressing the underlying drivers of inflammation and hormonal imbalance.
Over time, her progress became evident both symptomatically and through follow up reports. Her thyroid antibodies reduced substantially from 794 to 449, indicating a significant improvement in autoimmune activity. Her menstrual cycles became regular, gut symptoms resolved completely, and a dominant follicle was seen on ultrasound, confirming ovulation. Her doctor also noted that there were no longer signs suggestive of PCOS on the scan.
Alongside these improvements, she lost 9 kg and experienced significant inch loss, helping her feel healthier, stronger, and more confident in her body.
“This case highlights how closely gut health, thyroid health, and reproductive hormones are connected. By addressing inflammation and supporting the body consistently, we saw improvements not only in symptoms but also in objective markers such as thyroid antibodies, ovulation, and cycle regularity. The goal was never just weight loss, but restoring overall hormonal balance.”
