One game-changer for me was the ability to eat meals at restaurants and not feel guilty. I could eat meals that helped me enjoy experiences with family and friends

I didn’t feel left out during celebrations and occasions like I used to while on my previous diets. 4 meals every single day that focused more on nutrition and not calories helped me improve my relationship with food.
It made me less anxious about how the food I was eating would affect me tomorrow. I ate knowing that I was fueling my body and that simple home food was something my body started to crave instead of junk food.
We worked on a plan which included small and practical lifestyle changes, as she was struggling with sleep and brain fog issues which were impacting her quality of life. Due to being under chronic stress, her body was dealing with a lot of inflammation, weight gain and gut issues, which we worked on one step at a time. The changes were sustainable, which she could follow through post the plan too, as she learnt about food and her body better.
