Rachita’s Experience
Rachita came to the ONE Program experiencing multiple hormonal and metabolic concerns. Her menstrual cycles were occurring roughly every 40 days and were often accompanied by significant pain. She also dealt with persistent bloating, low energy levels, and poor sleep that left her waking up more tired than when she went to bed.
Her lab reports showed hormonal imbalances including elevated testosterone at 2, prolactin at 557, and TSH at 5.4, indicating underlying endocrine and metabolic stress.
The approach focused on addressing these root drivers rather than simply managing symptoms. Nutrition and lifestyle changes were structured to support insulin balance, improve thyroid function, repair gut health, regulate stress, improve sleep quality, and support liver function for healthier estrogen metabolism.
Within three months, clear improvements were seen. Testosterone reduced to 1.5, prolactin dropped to 334, and TSH improved to 2. Her menstrual cycle began regulating to around 29 to 30 days, period pain eased significantly, bloating reduced, and sleep quality improved. Most importantly, she regained her energy and began feeling like herself again.
“With Rachita, the focus was on addressing hormonal imbalance from the root by supporting insulin balance, thyroid function, gut health, and sleep. Once these foundations improved, her hormones and cycles began stabilising naturally.”
