Anonymous’s Experience

The client joined the ONE Program while dealing with severe constipation that had progressed to hemorrhoids. Bowel movements were extremely hard and painful, making daily life uncomfortable. She was also experiencing frequent migraines occurring almost twice a week, along with low energy levels that made it difficult to manage her busy routine.

She had undergone thyroid removal surgery several years earlier and was on thyroid medication, which made maintaining metabolic balance and energy levels more challenging. Alongside digestive discomfort and migraines, sleep quality was also poor and her starting weight was 75 kilograms.

The focus during the program was on improving gut health, supporting metabolic balance, and creating sustainable food and lifestyle habits that could fit into her daily routine.

Over the three month period, her digestion improved significantly and constipation resolved, making bowel movements much smoother and pain free. Migraine frequency reduced from twice a week to about once a month. Sleep quality improved and energy levels became much better, allowing her to manage her routine more comfortably.

Her body composition also improved considerably. Her weight reduced from 75 kilograms to 63 kilograms, with body fat decreasing from 30 kilograms to 22 kilograms, reflecting both weight and fat loss along with improved metabolic health.

β€œIn this case the priority was stabilising digestion and reducing inflammatory triggers that were contributing to constipation, migraines, and low energy. Once the gut and lifestyle patterns improved, we saw positive changes not only in symptoms but also in overall body composition and energy levels.”
