WhatsApp Support

Your dedicated nutritionist is always available to you through your journey over WhatsApp. You can message anytime, and they would respond to your as soon as they can within their working hours (9:30 am to 6:30 pm IST)

Supplementation

Based on the above analysis, the required supplements and dosage are advised. We always suggest getting your medical healthcare provider's inputs before taking them as well.

Will I have to take a lot of supplements?

We follow a food-first approach. Supplements are only recommended when necessary, based on your health goals and gaps. If suggested, they are evidence-based, and you should always cross-check them with your doctor before starting.

Can I continue with the medication I have been taking?

Yes, you should continue any prescribed medication. We do not interfere with medical treatments and always recommend keeping your doctor informed while you’re on the program.

Can you help diagnose my health condition?

We do not diagnose medical conditions. However, we do help you understand your symptoms better and support your health through nutrition and lifestyle changes alongside your medical care.

Will you also help with an exercise plan?

We don’t provide structured workout plans, but we do guide you with general movement recommendations based on your lifestyle, goals, and health concerns. We also incorporate cycle-syncing principles where relevant, to help you align your activity levels with your body’s natural rhythms.

How much weight loss can I expect?
  • Results vary from person to person. Our focus is on sustainable fat loss, improved metabolism, and overall health, not extreme or rapid weight loss.

Your progress depends on several factors, including the underlying reason for weight gain in the first place—such as hormonal imbalances, inflammation, gut health, stress, or lifestyle patterns. For example, if chronic inflammation is present, the body may hold on to weight more easily. In such cases, our initial focus is on reducing inflammation and supporting your body’s internal balance, which then allows for healthier, more sustainable fat loss over time.

Would I have to give up on my favourite/usual food items?

We work on upgrading and balancing your usual diet, not banning everything you enjoy, unless something is clearly harming your health.

Can I ask questions during my program to the Nutritionist?

Absolutely. You’ll have regular check-ins along with WhatsApp support, so you feel guided and supported throughout your journey.

How often will I connect with my Nutritionist?

You’ll connect with your nutritionist once every 2 weeks through scheduled consultations, along with continuous WhatsApp support between sessions for guidance and personalised feedback.

To maintain consistency, we encourage you to coordinate with the scheduling team in advance to book your sessions on time.

Will I be able to speak to Rashi? Or will she be able to go through my case?

The program is led by Rashi’s trained team, who closely follow her methodology—ensuring all principles and protocols are aligned with her approach.

If you choose to work with a Senior or Head Nutritionist, your consultations will be with the team, and Rashi will not be directly involved. However, if you opt for the One Plus Program, it includes one scheduled consultation with Rashi.

Direct consultations with Rashi are also available through select programs. You can connect with the team for more details on options to work with her personally.

How is your program different from others?

Our approach is personalised, science-backed, and sustainable. We focus on root-cause healing, metabolic health, and long-term habits rather than quick fixes or restrictive diets.

What support is available after the last session?

After your final session, we stay connected with you on WhatsApp for an additional 2 weeks to help clarify any final doubts and support your transition post-program.
